Strategic Plan 2023-26
At Synod in September 2023, the new Diocese Strategic Plan 2023-26 was approved. This is a renewed vision for our Diocese based on our common values of Love, Integrity, Unity in Diversity, Courage, Hope, Safety and Faithfulness to our Foundations. The plan is a medium-term view of the focus areas and objectives we all would like to see achieved in our Diocese.
We would like to acknowledge and thank all the rectors, members of parish council and congregations, other key stakeholders and members of Diocese office staff for the effort you all put into collaborating and engaging on this vision for the future of the Diocese. Now we want to make this a living, breathing concept! We are working on creating more detailed/measurable KPIs around the actions that are in our plan. I’ll send these out when they are available.
