Administration Circular

The latest 2022 Diocesan SP001 Administration Circular 2022 v1 includes:

  • minimum conditions for Stipendiary Clergy and Church Workers
  • procedures relating to Rectors taking leave, insurance, Diocesan Council approvals, use of church property, grants, money handling and Diocesan media representation.

An “Individual Stipend Determination Template” is available from the Diocesan Business Manager which calculates stipends including quantifiable benefits and determines their respective pay cycles.

Stipendiary clergy and lay ministers may wish to refer to the Benefits Assessment Guideline prepared by Sydney Diocesan Services in relation to reportable income.
